Why does my receipt from PayPal say “Lunchbox Design”?
Lunchbox design is our parent company We like to keep things as simple and streamlined as possible, so we use our already existing account with PayPal to handle the money. That’s it.

If you chose the Expedited FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also print that order faster?
Yes, we do! Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our printing queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.

Did my order go through ok?
If you received an email from GDirt, your order went through. On that note, we monitor all orders. Some websites are automated, with orders going directly for fulfillment. We do not do this at GDirt. We take the time to look over ALL orders. If an order looks suspicious, we’ll reach out and check. We know what normal orders look like. If an order seems unusual or strange in any way we’re going to look into it.
We don’t recommend rush orders and overnight shipping.
Overnight orders are useless since we print each shirt and embroider each hat as they are ordered.
